With today's busy lifestyles building a new home can be a daunting |

task. Working from our extensive Portfolio of homes, our process makes building a new home a much more manageable experience. The process is rather simple and involves five basic steps. There are two basic starting points for this type of project - the lot or the plan. |
- A. If you have your heart set on a specific location within a community we can help you select a plan from our portfolio to work within the specific attributes of that lot.
B. If you have your heart set on a specific plan, we can direct you to the most appropriate lots for that particular plan.
- Once a lot and Portfolio plan are selected, architecture changes need to be evaluated. Because no two homes in Auburn Hills employ the same architecture, we work with a new homeowner to develop a style that is appealing to each individual while retaining the requirements of the Architectural Review Committee.
- The plans will then be modified as they are impacted by the site conditions - for example, changing the basement plan to create a walk out basement.
- Incorporate plan changes into the drawings. We welcome personalization of our Portfolio homes to meet your specific needs. For example, you may want to add a bay window or add a third bay on the garage.
- Specifications and Selections will be developed through a couple of short meetings to better understand your expectations in your new home.
These steps are somewhat simplified, but provide a good outline of the process in order to develop a price for your new home. |
