Sallee, President
Eric spends the majority of his time
“out in front” working with development
partners as well as overseeing the financial management.
Not forgetting one of the key elements of our past success,
he also stays actively involved in concept development
for new plans.

Hughes, Operations Manager
Responsible for overall sales and marketing
as well as managing the pre-construction aspect of the
company, Don focuses on keeping things rolling along smoothly
and predictably. If it happens before we dig, it is in
his basket.

Stan
Whitmarsh, Production Manager
Stan manages the transformation of the best
laid plans into reality through direct oversight of construction.
Once home ownership is achieved, follow through with a
comprehensive and thorough warranty process provides valuable
feedback to the production side. |

Kristi Smariege , Office Manager
Kristi brings along years of administrative knowledge to the position of Office Manger. She utilizes
her previous experience as an Estimator
in a key role presenting a professional face on Progress
Street Builders.

Amy
Turman , Controller
Gatekeeper of the finances, Amy manages
day to day money matters. From paying the bills to producing
comprehensive financial reports, accuracy and completeness
is a special skill set crucial for this role. |

Linda Owen , Bookkeeper
Helping to keep us organized and up to date, Linda assists the Accounting Department in many ways. With her patient and personable manner she is very resourceful when it comes to tracking down key information to make sense of the Accounting puzzle.

Mabry , Estimator/Purchaser
Putting a sharp pencil to the plans, Amy
is our numbers person. Negotiating purchase agreements with
suppliers and working with new trade contractors keeps
Amy strategizing. |

Fred Hall , Sales Consultant
Blacksburg
If you are interested in buying or building - Fred is the person to contact. Coordinating design objectives and specifications along with customer service during the entire process for each client are his main objectives. Fred is available to answer questions from contract to closing. |

Mabry ,Selections Coordinator
Amy assists new homeowners through the myriad of selections in a new home – from brick color to cabinetry knobs. “Beauty is in the eye of the beholder” and Amy has a knack for encouraging new homeowners to express themselves through their choices. |

Booth , Design Administrator
The most important and complex part of the
planning is the plans themselves. David’s intense
attention to detail and extensive design experience helps
to make the vision of Progress Street Builders a reality. |

Garza , Designer
A recent transplant to Blacksburg –
we’re not in Houston anymore – Armando enjoys
the test of working on challenging architectural objectives
and difficult design requirements in The Village at Tom’s
Creek. |

Mike
Mason, Portfolio Designer
A background in drafting for a local fabrication
company, Mike is developing design skills quickly. Mike
supports the designers through producing working drawings
that go to the field. |

Dennis Underwood , Project Manager
Colonial Green
Dennis is a Roanoke native who returned home to manage the day to day operations of our first community in the Roanoke Valley. He has years of experience in the construction industry, the last seven specializing in residential homebuilding. Client satisfaction with our superior designs and finishing touches is his primary goal.

Allen Lots
These large brick homes create a unique
challenge by the sheer number of square feet that have
to be constructed in a timely manner. Greg keeps all of his production
projects running smoothly. |

The Village at Tom's Creek
The Village at Tom’s Creek will comprise
nearly half of all the homes started in ’05. Dennis
is in constant motion and efficiently directs and manages
the workflow through our busiest neighborhood. |

in diverse locations keeps Kelly on the move. Unique
challenges associated with these projects require attention to detail and strategic planning. |
